Preparation

  • Our apéro croquettes go straight from freezer to table – no fuss involved.
    Airfryer: ±10 minutes at 200°C (preheat first)
    Convection oven: ±12 minutes at 220°C (preheat first)

  • Yes! Both croquettes can be deep fried for that extra indulgent crunch.
    Apéro croquettes: 4-5 minutes at 170°C
    Original croquettes: 8-10 minutes at 170°C

  • No – cook them straight from frozen. That way, they stay crispy on the outside and creamy inside.

  • Check the shelf life printed on pack – up to 12 months when stored at -18°C. (If they last that long…;)

  • Both! Nomet croquettes are fully vegan croquettes, made entirely from plant-based ingredients.

  • We use Wakame seaweed (Undaria Pinnatifida), fresh vegetables, and quality plant-based ingredients. No shortcuts, just a recipe designed for flavour: crunchy outside, creamy and umami inside.

  • No. At Nomet, we believe in clean label food: no artificial flavourings, no colourants – just whole food ingredients you can taste and see.

  • Yes, our seaweed croquettes contain gluten (wheat) and celery. They are produced in a factory that also processes other allergens, including gluten-containing grains, egg, soy, milk, nuts, mustard seeds, and sesame seeds. Additionally, seaweed is cultivated in the same environment as fish, crustaceans, and molluscs, so it is possible that trace amounts of these allergens may be present due to cross-contamination. Please take this information into consideration if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
