Vegan Croquette Recipe: Nomet Croquette in a Bun
Comfort food made festive: a crispy croquette in a toasted bun with tangy herb mayo and pickles.

Ingredients
4 buns or bagels
4 Nomet croquettes (oven, airfryer, or deepfryer)
5 tbsp (vegan) mayo
6 small pickles + 2 large pickles
1 tbsp capers
1 shallot
Fresh dill & tarragon
½ lemon, juice
½ tsp mustard
Instructions
Fry/airfry croquettes until golden.
Chop herbs, pickles, shallot, and capers. Mix with mayo, mustard, and lemon juice.
Toast buns.
Spread sauce, add big pickle slices, top with croquette.
Serving suggestion: A star at any lunch table.
