Easy Vegan Dip Recipe: Green Herb Vegenaise

A vivid, creamy dip that pairs beautifully with Nomet croquettes and sparkling drinks.

Ingredients

  • Handful spinach/celery leaves

  • Handful parsley

  • 200 ml neutral oil

  • 3 tbsp aquafaba

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice

  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Blend herbs with oil into a green herb oil.

  2. In a bowl, whisk aquafaba, mustard, vinegar.

  3. Slowly add herb oil until thick and creamy.

  4. Season with salt.

Serving suggestion: As colourful dip for our vegan snacks!
