Easy Vegan Dip Recipe: Green Herb Vegenaise
A vivid, creamy dip that pairs beautifully with Nomet croquettes and sparkling drinks.

Ingredients
Handful spinach/celery leaves
Handful parsley
200 ml neutral oil
3 tbsp aquafaba
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Salt
Instructions
Blend herbs with oil into a green herb oil.
In a bowl, whisk aquafaba, mustard, vinegar.
Slowly add herb oil until thick and creamy.
Season with salt.
Serving suggestion: As colourful dip for our vegan snacks!
