Ingredients
A bed of greens
1 fennel bulb, thinly shaved
Handful of toasted hazelnuts, chopped
Olive oil
Vinegar or lemon juice
Instructions
Layer greens on a plate.
Shave fennel thinly and scatter on top.
Sprinkle hazelnuts for crunch.
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
Serve alongside oven or airfyer Nomet croquettes.
Serving suggestion: Pack it up for a picnic, or serve at a sunny dinner table.
