Ingredients
Lettuce & arugula mix
4 radishes, chopped
2 lemons, halved
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Toss lettuce, arugula, and radishes in a bowl.
Char lemon halves on a grill or pan until caramelised.
Dress salad with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Squeeze charred lemon juice on top.
Serving suggestion: Works beautifully with oven party snacks like Nomet croquettes.
