Oven Party Snack: Seaweed Croquettes with Summer Salad

A bright, fresh plate featuring lettuce, arugula, and radishes - balanced with smoky-sweet charred lemons.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce & arugula mix

  • 4 radishes, chopped

  • 2 lemons, halved

  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss lettuce, arugula, and radishes in a bowl.

  2. Char lemon halves on a grill or pan until caramelised.

  3. Dress salad with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Squeeze charred lemon juice on top.

Serving suggestion: Works beautifully with oven party snacks like Nomet croquettes.
