Easy Vegan Snack: Wakame Ginger Fried Rice
Fragrant rice stir-fried with ginger, carrot, soy, and wakame. A quick and flavourful way to enjoy seaweed.

 Servings: 3–4
Ingredients
700 g day-old rice
30 g wakame (rehydrated)
2 shallots, thin slices
1 piece ginger
4 carrots, sliced
Soy sauce, sesame oil, 5-spice
Instructions
Fry shallots & ginger until crispy.
Stir-fry carrots & rice.
Add soy, sesame oil, 5-spice.
Toss in wakame.
