Vegetarian Dinner Recipe: Gnocchi with Spinach, Chili & Wakame

Golden gnocchi with spicy spinach, garlic, and wakame. Fast, hearty, and full of umami.

Ingredients

  • 400 g gnocchi

  • 450 g spinach

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • ½ chili, sliced

  • 50 g wakame (rehydrated)

  • Olive oil, vinegar

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic & chili in oil.

  2. Add wakame, season.

  3. Wilt spinach.

  4. Fry gnocchi separately, then toss with spinach mix.
