Golden gnocchi with spicy spinach, garlic, and wakame. Fast, hearty, and full of umami.

Ingredients
400 g gnocchi
450 g spinach
2 garlic cloves
½ chili, sliced
50 g wakame (rehydrated)
Olive oil, vinegar
Instructions
Sauté garlic & chili in oil.
Add wakame, season.
Wilt spinach.
Fry gnocchi separately, then toss with spinach mix.
