Easy Vegan Pasta: Nori, Lemon & Garlic Pasta
Linguine tossed with garlic, lemon, and nori — fresh, light, and bursting with umami.

Ingredients
400 g linguine
4 garlic cloves
20 g nori
2 lemons
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente.
Fry garlic until golden.
Add nori, lemon juice & zest.
Toss pasta with sauce & pasta water.
Serving suggestion: Add pangrattato crumbs for crunch.
