Easy Vegan Pasta: Nori, Lemon & Garlic Pasta

Linguine tossed with garlic, lemon, and nori — fresh, light, and bursting with umami.

Cook time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 400 g linguine

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 20 g nori

  • 2 lemons

  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente.

  2. Fry garlic until golden.

  3. Add nori, lemon juice & zest.

  4. Toss pasta with sauce & pasta water.

Serving suggestion: Add pangrattato crumbs for crunch.
