Seaweed Crackers
Oven Party Snack: Homemade Seaweed Crackers
Crunchy, salty crackers with wakame and seeds — an easy party snack to serve with dips or apéro platters.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Servings: 20 crackers
Ingredients
280 g flour
40 g flaxseeds
15 g sesame seeds
4 tbsp coconut oil
½ tbsp baking powder
15 g dried wakame, rehydrated
Flaky salt
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients, add oil.
Fold in rehydrated wakame.
Roll out, cut shapes, sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 180°C for 35–45 min.
Serving suggestion: Pair with hummus, bean dips, or as crunchy finger food bites.
