Oven Party Snack: Homemade Seaweed Crackers

Crunchy, salty crackers with wakame and seeds — an easy party snack to serve with dips or apéro platters.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Servings: 20 crackers

Ingredients

  • 280 g flour

  • 40 g flaxseeds

  • 15 g sesame seeds

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

  • ½ tbsp baking powder

  • 15 g dried wakame, rehydrated

  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients, add oil.

  2. Fold in rehydrated wakame.

  3. Roll out, cut shapes, sprinkle with salt.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 35–45 min.

Serving suggestion: Pair with hummus, bean dips, or as crunchy finger food bites.
