Vegan Risotto Recipe: Wakame Risotto with Peas
A creamy, comforting risotto with lemon, peas, and umami wakame. A festive, plant-based dish for cosy dinners.

Ingredients
200 g arborio rice
150 g peas
30 g dried wakame flakes (ground)
6–8 dl kombu stock
3 shallots, diced
4 garlic cloves, diced
3 lemons
Instructions
Heat stock with kombu.
Fry shallots & garlic, add rice & wakame.
Add stock gradually until creamy.
Stir in peas and lemon juice.
